- Can the bill surprise me?No. You set a monthly minute cap in Settings, and the agent stops answering when it hits that cap instead of billing past it. So the most you can ever be charged is your cap minus the 300 included minutes, at $0.25 each. You can raise or lower the cap whenever you want.
